Cupping is one of the oldest therapeutic methods in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It involves applying special cups to the body, which creates a vacuum effect and stimulates blood flow in the tissues.

Molecular hydrogen
Hydrogen therapy H₂ — hydrogen inhalation
Molecular hydrogen (H₂) is a strong natural antioxidant. It neutralises free radicals, protects cells against oxidative stress and supports the body’s regeneration processes.
The inhalation takes 30 or 60 minutes — the client breathes a hydrogen-enriched mixture through a mask or cannula. The treatment is non-invasive and well tolerated, with no known side effects.

Traditional method
Ear candling
Ear candling (ear thermotherapy) is a natural method of cleansing the ear canal and paranasal sinuses, deriving from traditional medicine. The treatment involves inserting a special linen candle into the ear and lighting it from the outside.
The chimney effect created by the candle gently removes impurities from the ear canal, eases the feeling of blocked ears and supports sinus patency. The treatment is painless and relaxing — clients describe it as a pleasant feeling of warmth.
